I consent for my son/daughter photos/videos to be taken during our sessions and potentially used for social media promotions.

I acknowledge that Eastbourne Borough F.C their coaches and employees are not liable in respect of any personal injury, loss or damage to personal possessions whilst attending this course/session.

If the correct footwear on the 4G pitch (firm ground or artificial surface) boots only is not worn you will be asked to leave the pitch or put the correct footwear on

Players should wear appropriate clothing for the weather bring waterproof jacket, boots, trainers, shin pads

We do not issue refunds for sessions missed due to your own circumstances

Respect everyone and everything including all players, coaches referees and supporters

Respect all equipment/facilities

Play with fairness and good sportsmanship through out the day/session
